Customer information
Customers will need to provide the publisher with their billing account ID — customers can run the eligibility check tool and download the report to identify their billing account ID and check if they are approved to purchase via Microsoft Marketplace. Alternative ways to find the billing account ID can be found in the Azure portal. For customers with an Enterprise Agreement (EA) with Microsoft, billing account ID is the same as their EA enrollment number.
Customer terms
Define the date range during which your private pricing applies to your customer's purchase or usage, just like a discount. These dates are different from the product's subscription or asset start and end dates. Select whether the private offer pricing should start on the day it's accepted by your customer or on the first day of a specific month.
The private offer will be available through the last day of the selected month.
Set the deadline for your customer to accept the terms of this private offer. Your customer must accept this private offer before the end of this date in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), or this private offer will expire, and your customer will not be able to purchase your products with your private pricing.

Upload a copy of the terms and conditions you want your customer to accept as part of the private offer. Your terms and conditions must adhere to Microsoft supported billing models, offer types, and the Microsoft Publisher Agreement. Learn more about terms and conditions

By checking this box, you acknowledge and affirm that this private offer is a renewal of: (i) a current private offer or (ii) an existing paid agreement still in effect outside of Microsoft Marketplace. Microsoft may evaluate your private offer and you must provide information regarding the renewal as requested by Microsoft. Microsoft reserves the right to chargeback or offset any difference in payout amounts you may have received because of the renewal fee discount.

Auto activation
Auto activation gives you control over when a SaaS subscription and billing starts. When turned on, the subscription activates immediately after purchase. When turned off, the customer must configure their account, and the partner must activate it within 30 days. Learn more
Define the length of the subscription of this plan. Contract term lengths of 1-10 years or 1-120 months are supported. Learn more
Define the frequency to bill charges. Flexible billing scheduler is available for flat rate pricing model when the contract duration is longer than a month. Learn more
Pricing
Define the amount in USD that will be converted into market currency using the exchange rate at the time of page save. To define market specific pricing, use the file export/import (.xls) below. Learn more
Invoice schedule
Define one or more invoice lines. Each line bills the specified amount on the given date. Add a pricing line for every scheduled charge.

Market pricing
