Create private offers for your customers in Marketplace with negotiated pricing and terms and conditions. Purchase status will be available to view for private offers with Accepted or Ended status. Learn more about creating private offers for customers.

Customers will need to provide the publisher with their billing account ID โ customers can run the eligibility check tool and download the report to identify their billing account ID and check if they are approved to purchase via Microsoft Marketplace. Alternative ways to find the billing account ID can be found in the Azure portal. For customers with an Enterprise Agreement (EA) with Microsoft, billing account ID is the same as their EA enrollment number.
Define the date range during which your private pricing applies to your customer's purchase or usage, just like a discount. These dates are different from the product's subscription or asset start and end dates. Select whether the private offer pricing should start on the day it's accepted by your customer or on the first day of a specific month.
The private offer will be available through the last day of the selected month.
Set the deadline for your customer to accept the terms of this private offer. Your customer must accept this private offer before the end of this date in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), or this private offer will expire, and your customer will not be able to purchase your products with your private pricing.
Upload a copy of the terms and conditions you want your customer to accept as part of the private offer. Your terms and conditions must adhere to Microsoft supported billing models, offer types, and the Microsoft Publisher Agreement. Learn more about terms and conditions

By checking this box, you acknowledge and affirm that this private offer is a renewal of: (i) a current private offer or (ii) an existing paid agreement still in effect outside of Microsoft Marketplace. Microsoft may evaluate your private offer and you must provide information regarding the renewal as requested by Microsoft. The next two options support flexible charge schedules and sales of your product offers plus sales of your resale enabled offers:
Creating a new plan will enable you to define exactly what your customers need such as specific user limits and quantities included for metering service dimensions
Choosing an existing plan will simplify the creation process by reusing some pre-existing properties like technical configuration. You will still be able to define pricing, terms and conditions, and additional attributes of the new plan.
This existing plan will also be used for auto-renewal (if applicable) after the private offer has expired and the subscription term has ended.
